The Bald Eagles
The excellent guitar-vocals of Tom
Lawson and the skills of Donni Jonson were combined as a double-act,
when having shared the bill on many shows, reports came back of
the success and the Bald Eagles were born.
Comedian Donni, one of the U.K’s top exponents of the pedal
steel guitar, is partnered with Tom, resulting in an evening of
comedy, country music and 50’s / 60’s rock & roll.
A frequent guest on
the Bald Eagles Show and a worthwhile addition is ROBYN
TAYLOR.
With a great voice and completely nutty personality, Robyn’s
tributes to Connie Francis, Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, Dolly Parton,
Dusty Springfield, Shania Twain, feature throughout the show. Her
rendition of “Wee Jeanie”, the alcoholic Karaoke singer
is hilarious.
